| New Building and Existing Building (Retro) Commissioning:
New Building Systems Commissioning: We are a U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) member company, and we provide both fundamental and enhanced commissioning. We have a level of technical expertise which is not available from most professional companies offering commissioning services. Most commissioning companies and organizations are offering a process oriented commissioning service which only meets the bare minimum requirements for LEED. Process commissioning does not include the highly technical review and tests of the mechanical systems and associated controls which are necessary to prove that the systems are truly performing as designed or as desired. Our services will allow you to optimize energy performance in new and existing buildings. We own all the necessary calibrated test equipment for performance measurement and system level metering. We also provide the IAQ testing necessary to obtain LEED points. NEBB Certified in Building Systems Commissioning Existing Building Systems Commissioning, also called Retro Commissioning: The key to this commissioning service is understanding how mechanical systems work in the real world, and not just on paper. This understanding is also required in new building commissioning as well, but more so here. This service revolves around mechanical systems control analyses and verification, which requires system variable measurements and most importantly the interpretation of those measurements and trends. Soon to be NEBB Certified in Retro-Commissioning which requires both NEBB TAB and NEBB Commissioning certifications as a prerequisite. You will not find many companies with this certification. |
